Monarch Ltd. is an administrator of personal data and processes the provided data and personal information pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. Monarch Ltd. collect, store, organize, delete or destroy your personal data. Monarch Ltd. performs the powers provided by the Law on Tourism, the Law on Statistics, the Law on Local Taxes and Fees, the Accountancy Act and other normative acts in which it processes personal data in connection with the following main activities: keeping a register of reservations;keeping a register of cash and bank payments;keeping a register for foreign tourists; marketing activities; keeping a register of praise and complaints, and all other activities related to the provision of the tourist service.

CATEGORY OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Name, surname, e-mail, telephone number,date of birth, nationality, identity card number / valid national identity document, country that issued the national document; period of stay, floor, room / apartment number, number of nights spent, types and number of additional services requested and used in the hotel.

Monarch Ltd. respects the basic principles of legality, good faith and transparency, expedience and accuracy, proportionality, accountability, integrity and confidentiality.

USERS RIGHTS CONCERNING THEIR DATA

In the collection, storage and processing of your personal data, you are entitled to

information about your personal data processed and access to your personal data collected for you; correction / completion if the data are inaccurate / incomplete – on your own initiative or on the initiative of Monarch Ltd.; deletion of personal data in the case of legal grounds; the right to limit the processing – in the event of a legal dispute between you and Monarch Ltd. until its decision; an objection to the processing of your personal data if there is a legal basis for it; the right of judicial or administrative remedy in case of violation of your rights.

RELEASING PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Monarch Ltd. may, if necessary to provide your personal data to third parties acting in the capacity of processing, based on an explicit contract. Monarch Ltd. does not provide your personal information to third parties before we were sure they were taken all technical and organizational measures to protect such data seeking to exercise strict control to accomplish this object. Monarch Ltd. may provide personal information in accordance with the applicable law if a court or administrative authority orders or requests it or if the provision of personal data is related to the fulfillment of a legal obligation of Monarch Ltd. Data collected for the purposes of accommodation in hotels of Monarch Ltd. is accessible to third parties, specified  by the Law of Tourism – Ministry of Tourism, Municipalities, Ministry of Interior, National Revenue Agency and the National Statistical Institute.

Monarch Ltd. keeps personal data for a period it deems necessary, in accordance with applicable laws (including laws for storing documents).

SECURITY

Monarch Ltd. imposes physical and technical limitations on the access and use of personal information on its servers. Only authorized employees, have access to personal information and use it in the course of their work. Monarch Ltd. has appointed an Employee to protect and ensure the security of your data. For maximum security when processing your data, we may use additional protection mechanisms such as pseudonymisation, encryption, and more
